Your X-Systems satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Relationship Support Centre. Within 7 days of receipt of product the customer can exchange the product agains a other X-Systems product. Product that has been scratched, dropped, alteration, misuse or abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging and in the new untouched status we will exchange it or a other X-Systems product.
After contact with our Customer Relationship Support Centre the product must be returned to us within 3 working days for the issuance of the return & exchange. Your purchased X-Systems product must first be in our warehouse and will be subjected to a inspection before we will send the other X-Systems product. You and our team will keep contact during the process and will explain more details. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and the documentation that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee. Transport or logistic cost may apply of the return & replace process.
X-Systems products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorised X-Systems retailer that clearly shows the purchase date. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by X-Systems. X-Systems does not warrant against any scratches or drops. Alteration, misuse, accidents, abuse, or wrong installation of the device cover will void this warranty. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable local or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Warranty claims of customers regarding their X-Systems product are to be made through the authorised X-Systems retailer where purchased or by our Customer Relationship Support Centre for easy, quick and efficient response. A approved proof of purchase is required for the claim, for more information regarding the X-Systems policy check our full factory warranty policy and terms of conditions.
All X-Systems accessories or apparel is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.Warranty claims of customers regarding their X-Systems product are to be made through the authorised X-Systems retailer where purchased or by our Customer Relationship Support Centre. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorized X-Systems retailer. The X-Systems warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper installation or fit.

In no event shall X-Systems be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. In some countries uhf, non handsfree calling or setting navigation destination when driving is illegal or require governmental permission.
The X-Tel, X-Tab, X-Track and X-SOS will still function if you are abroad, however your telecommunications service provider could charge extra cost. For more details about your telecommunications costs please inform with your telecommunications service provider. Coverage, our mobile connectivity components and software partners cannot guarantee 100% service coverage in all locations. X-Systems assumes no responsibility for the communication accuracy, behaviour or function of the product.
X-Systems recommends that customers keep their usernames and passwords safe of the X-Track & X-SOS and apply adequate security to their X-Tel & X-Tab devices.
Our privacy and security measures are designed with the strictest security in mind, so any personal information that you provide to X-Systems is used for the purpose of receiving X-Systems communications.
